Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead various projects from inception through completion. The candidate should possess a strong background in project management methodologies and be adept at stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate project teams and assign tasks effectively.
• Manage project changes and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Ensure effective utilisation of resources to achieve project goals.
• Monitor and report on project progress and performance metrics.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
• Provide leadership and motivation to project teams.
• Evaluate outcomes and identify lessons learned for future projects.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or Business Management is preferred
• PMP certification is highly regarded

Experience

• 5+ years of experience leading large scale projects
