Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead various projects from inception through completion. The candidate should possess a strong background in project management methodologies and be adept at stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed project schedules and manage project timelines.
• Negotiate with vendors and contractors to ensure project deliverables.
• Develop risk management plans and strategies.
• Encourage best practices in project management among team members.
• Ensure project compliance with organisational policies and standards.
• Conduct project reviews and implement changes as necessary.
• Lead stakeholder engagement sessions and gather feedback.
• Report project milestones and achievements to upper management.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or Business Management is preferred
• PMP certification is highly regarded

Experience

• 5+ years of experience leading large scale projects
