Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Urban Air Mobility Operator (UAM Operator) responsible for operating and maintaining unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in urban environments. The successful candidate will ensure the safe and efficient transport of goods and people, adhering to the highest safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute flight operations while adhering to safety protocols.
• Conduct and report on pre-flight checks and post-flight debriefs.
• Coordinate with other teams for effective UAV deployment.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated with UAV technology and regulations.
• Evaluate and enhance operational procedures to ensure best practices.
• Support the team in achieving customer satisfaction goals.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with local airspace regulations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional certifications in aviation or related fields are advantageous.

Experience

• At least two years of hands-on experience operating UAVs in urban environments.
