We are searching for skilled Textile Winding, Twisting, and Drawing Out Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our team in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality yarn products while ensuring the efficiency of our production processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust winding and twisting machines as per production schedule.
• Perform quality checks on yarn products, ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Document production outputs and assist in troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Help to identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency.
• Follow all safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist with inventory management and order supplies as needed.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and outcomes.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the workspace.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification in textiles or relevant field preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a textile manufacturing role

Technical Skills

• Advanced spinning machinery
• Analytical skills

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Time management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with automation in textiles: Experience with automated spinning systems and their maintenance.
