Job Description

As a Printing Press Operator at Leading Printing Company, you will be at the forefront of our production process. Your responsibility will include overseeing the operation of web press machines and implementing quality control measures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare web press roll machines for production runs.
• Monitor and ensure continuous operation of machines during production.
• Adjust machines to maintain print quality and productivity.
• Inspect printed products for accuracy and quality control.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any machine malfunctions.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks on equipment.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow.

• Maintain production records and reporting data.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certifications in printing or a related field are preferred

Experience

• Previous experience as a Printing Press Operator or similar role is essential.
