Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in Geelong. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and overseeing construction projects. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Designing and planning new civil engineering projects.
• Preparing and presenting project updates to stakeholders.
• Evaluating the use of materials and technologies in construction.
• Managing site inspections and quality control measures.
• Identifying and resolving engineering issues during construction.
• Participating in community engagement activities related to projects.
• Implementing sustainable practices in project planning and execution.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional certifications in civil engineering are preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience

• Civil Engineering Software
• Geotechnical Engineering

Certifications

• LEED Green Associate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Australian Standards for construction: Deep understanding of local construction regulations and safety standards.
