Job Description

The Ditching Machine Engineer role involves designing, developing, and maintaining state-of-the-art ditching machines used across various construction projects. You will collaborate with a team of engineers and technicians to ensure that our machines operate efficiently and meet strict safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly interfaces for machine operation.
• Ensure machines are efficient and safe for end-users.
• Participate in research and development for new technologies.
• Review and improve existing machinery maintenance practices.
• Support marketing efforts by providing technical insights.
• Participate in trade shows and product demonstrations.
• Conduct training sessions for customers on machine operation and safety.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Document engineering specifications and updates.
• Interface with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Engineering preferred

Experience

• Over 5 years of experience in the construction machinery sector.

Technical Skills

• Programming (C++, Java)

Certifications

• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)

Languages

• English: Fluent
