• Educate clients on mental health topics and resources available to them.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Counselling or Psychology
• Clinical experience in family therapy is highly regarded

Experience

• At least 3 years' experience providing therapeutic services to families

• Family dynamics
• Behavioural therapy

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Certificate IV in Mental Health
• CPR and First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience working with children and adolescents: Comfortable conducting therapy with younger clients.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care: Knowledge of strategies for supporting trauma-affected individuals.
