Job Description

As a Rehabilitation Counselor, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals with their career development. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, providing guidance, and facilitating workshops that foster career readiness. You will be instrumental in helping clients transition effectively into the workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Guide clients in developing realistic job search strategies tailored to their unique skills.
  • Conduct group and individual coaching sessions to boost client confidence.
  • Create and implement educational workshops focused on career planning.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness to ensure optimal client outcomes.
  • Provide assistance in securing work experience and internships.
  • Advocate for clients in securing employment opportunities.
  • Utilise assessment tools to identify client strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Encourage and support clients in overcoming barriers to employment.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Counseling or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in career development or counseling.
