Job Description

As a Clinical Research Associate, you will oversee the execution of clinical trials from initiation through to closeout. You will be responsible for maintaining study documentation and ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP). This position is ideal for individuals seeking to make a meaningful impact in the medical research field.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and document clinical trial activities and compliance standards.
  • Facilitate communication between site staff and the clinical trial management team.
  • Review and verify clinical trial data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of study protocols and CRFs.
  • Serve as a resource for clinical staff regarding trial requirements.
  • Prepare for and participate in monitoring visits and audits.
  • Support data management processes and database queries.
  • Provide feedback and input for improving trial conduct and processes.
  • Help with patient recruitment strategies and retention activities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a Science-related discipline
  • Master's degree in Clinical Research or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in clinical research roles
