Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Anatomic Pathologist to diagnose diseases by examining various cellular and tissue specimens. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in pathology and collaborate closely with medical teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting. This position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to patient care and diagnostic accuracy, with responsibilities including conducting autopsies and consulting with physicians on pathology findings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise junior pathology staff and ensure high standards of practice.
• Engage in professional development and continuous learning.
• Advise on laboratory processes and improvements.
• Support the implementation of new technologies in pathology.
• Review and validate pathology reports for accuracy.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with clinical teams.
• Assist in clinical trials related to pathology advancements.

Requirements

Education

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent)
• Additional fellowship training in a pathology subspecialty is advantageous.

Experience

• At least 5 years' relevant experience preferred.
