As a Crane and Tower Operator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and efficient shifting of molds in a manufacturing setting. This position requires not only technical skills but also a commitment to adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute safe and efficient mold shifting operations.
• Perform preventive maintenance on cranes and machinery.
• Report any malfunctions or concerns to supervisors.
• Support the production team in achieving daily targets.
• Engage in continuous improvement practices to enhance workflow.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in mold setting or crane operation is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Forklift Operation
• CNC Machinery Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Time Management

Advantageous

• Certification in Crane Operation: Professional certification in operating cranes and heavy machinery.
• Experience with CNC Machinery: Ability to work with CNC machinery for precision tasks.
