Job Description

As a Computer User Support Specialist, you will provide crucial technical support to our clients and customers. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, maintaining accurate records of support requests, and contributing to process improvements within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service whilst providing technical assistance.
  • Resolve issues with printers, scanners, monitors, and networking.
  • Assist in the implementation of new software and hardware solutions.
  • Support users with various software packages, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Document all issues and follow-up communications accurately in ticketing systems.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of common issues and solutions.
  • Engage with external vendors for hardware and software support when required.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or related fields
  • IT industry certifications will be an advantage
Experience
  • Previous experience in technical support roles is a must.
