Job Description

We are seeking skilled Cutting and Slicing Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The successful candidates will be responsible for setting up, operating, and tending to cutting and slicing machines. You will ensure optimal performance and safety while producing high-quality finished products.

Responsibilities

• Operate cutting and slicing machinery, ensuring accurate production.
• Inspect finished products to meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area around machinery.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the production process.
• Report any safety incidents or equipment failures to the supervisor.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and improvements.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Assist in inventory management of raw materials and finished goods.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in machine operation is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in a similar role within a manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• Machine maintenance

Certifications

• Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
