Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machines for optimal production.
• Inspect finished products for quality and compliance.
• Communicate with the production supervisor about production goals and challenges.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following company safety protocols.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Help train new operators on machinery and safety procedures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in manufacturing or a related field is preferred

Technical Skills

• CAD Software
• Basic Electrical Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Effective Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with CNC Machines: Prior experience operating CNC machines is a plus.
• Understanding of ISO Standards: Knowledge of ISO standards in manufacturing processes.
