As a Mixing and Blending Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will play an integral role in the initial stages of our ceramic production process. You will be responsible for preparing and mixing raw materials to create quality blends that meet precise specifications. Responsibilities

• Calibrate blending machines and ensure precise measurements of materials.
• Troubleshoot any blending issues during production.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace at all times.
• Contribute to team meetings, providing insights on production challenges.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Certificate in a related field advantageous

Experience

• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role, especially in pottery or ceramics operations.

Technical Skills

• Kiln Operation

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in a leadership role: Ability to train and guide junior staff in production techniques.
