Job Description

As an Automatic Punch-Press Operator at Top Metal Works, you will set up, operate, and maintain automatic punch presses for metal product manufacturing. This role requires keen attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate automatic punch presses.
• Inspect products during production to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Maintain equipment and perform basic repairs when necessary.
• Complete production reports and assist in inventory management.
• Communicate any production issues to management immediately.
• Work closely with the quality control team to ensure high-quality output.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Trade qualification in metalworking or related field preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with CNC machines

Technical Skills

• CNC Machine Operation

Languages

• English: Fluent
