Job Description

Join us as a Quality Control Systems Manager where you will ensure that our manufacturing processes meet the highest quality standards. This role involves collaborating with various departments to address quality issues, conducting audits, and maintaining comprehensive documentation of quality processes. You'll ensure that our products not only meet industry regulatory requirements but also enhance our brand's reputation.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain quality metrics to measure effectiveness.
  • Ensure all products meet established specifications and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality materials are used in production.
  • Run quality training programs for new and existing employees.
  • Engage with customers to resolve quality-related concerns.
  • Utilise statistical tools for data analysis and reporting.
  • Develop action plans to address non-conformance issues.
  • Innovate ways to improve quality assurance processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective quality management.
  • Monitor the implementation of quality standards across all departments.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Quality Management or related field
Experience
  • 8 years of experience in quality management with supervisory responsibilities
