Roller Setter

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Roller Setter to join our manufacturing team in Melbourne. In this role, you will set up and operate rollers for various production processes. You will also collaborate closely with other team members to ensure quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Configure rollers for different production runs based on material specifications.
• Ensure that machinery operates smoothly with minimal downtime.
• Assist in training new team members on equipment operation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Implement continuous improvement practices.
• Evaluate and report on machine performance to optimize productivity.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in mechanical maintenance or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
