Job Description

We are searching for a skilled Link Machine Operator who will oversee the operation of link machines on our production line. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the efficiency of our manufacturing processes and upholding our stringent quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate wire linking machines to produce chains according to specifications.
• Troubleshoot production issues and make necessary adjustments.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
• Keep detailed records of production output and machinery performance.
• Coordinate with quality control and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
• Implement improvements to enhance production efficiency.
• Perform risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with training new operators in machine operation and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required, but experience is preferred.

Experience

• At least one year of experience as a link machine operator or a similar manufacturing role.
