Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests promptly upon arrival.
• Organise and manage seating effectively.
• Coordinate with dining staff to ensure efficient service.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Monitor the flow of guests and adjust seating arrangements accordingly.
• Maintain an upbeat and professional attitude throughout the shift.
• Assist with special requests from guests.
• Help to resolve any seating issues that may arise.
• Support the team during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment highly preferred

Technical Skills

• Reservation management systems proficiency
• Point of Sale software skills

Soft Skills

• Organizational skills
• Interpersonal skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
