Event Planner

Job Description

As an Event Planner at Dynamic Events Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various events from conception to execution. You'll collaborate with clients to understand their vision and bring it to life, ensuring all elements of the event are executed seamlessly.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive event plans outlining all activities and logistics.
• Ensure all necessary permits and compliance are in place for events.
• Provide on-site leadership to assure event flows smoothly and meets objectives.
• Develop promotional materials and strategies to enhance event visibility.
• Assist in recruiting and training volunteers and staff for event execution.
• Evaluate event success against objectives and report outcomes to clients.
• Maintain industry contacts and current event trends to continuously improve services.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of event planning experience preferred

• Event Software
• Social Media Marketing

Certifications

• Certified Special Events Professional (CSEP)
• Certified Wedding Planner

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
