We are seeking dedicated Baggage Porters and Bellhops to enhance our guest services team. This role requires individuals who are proactive, responsive, and passionate about providing exceptional assistance to guests with their luggage and inquiries.
Responsibilities
Open doors and assist guests entering or exiting the property.
Handle incoming and outgoing luggage with care.
Maintain knowledge of local attractions and services for guest inquiries.
Work collaboratively with fellow staff to enhance guest experience.
Assist with special requests or needs from guests.
Requirements
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
Experience in hospitality or customer service roles is a plus

Multilingual skills
Familiarity with hotel management software
