Responsibilities

• Ensure all food is cooked to proper temperatures and checked for quality.
• Support senior kitchen staff in executing daily specials and menu items.
• Participate in kitchen meetings to discuss menu changes and planning.
• Assist in training new kitchen staff when necessary.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe working environment by following health and safety guidelines.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Culinary Arts Certification preferred

Experience

• 1-2 years in a high-volume kitchen environment is advantageous.
