Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics for events, including transportation, catering, and equipment.
  • Develop event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Assist clients in choosing venues, themes, and decorations.
  • Act as the main point of contact for event stakeholders and partners.
  • Supervise event staff and volunteers, providing guidance as needed.
  • Monitor event setups and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Compile feedback and make recommendations for future improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event planning.
  • Prepare proposals and contracts for clients detailing services provided.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Communications
  • Master's degree is preferable
Experience
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in event coordination
