Job Description

As a Door Captain, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our patrons. You will manage access to the venue, monitor crowd behaviour, and work closely with security and operational teams to provide an enjoyable experience for all.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entry process, ensuring compliance with venue regulations.
• Assist with crowd control strategies and maintain clear communication with security personnel.
• Respond to medical emergencies and assist as necessary.
• Train and mentor new staff in security procedures and best practices.
• Conduct regular checks of the venue to identify potential safety hazards.

Advantageous

• Prior experience in emergency response, law enforcement, or military: Experience in high-stress situations where quick decision-making is essential.
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency: Ability to communicate in multiple languages can be an asset.
