Job Description

The Fryer Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining fryer equipment in a bustling kitchen setting. You will be tasked with following recipes to produce top-notch fried foods, ensuring that safety and quality standards are met at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate fryer machines to cook food items.
  • Make adjustments to cooking processes as required.
  • Communicate with team members regarding food production schedules.
  • Adhere to proper sanitation and food safety guidelines.
  • Conduct regular equipment checks and report any malfunctions.
  • Train new staff on fryer operation and safety procedures.
  • Maintain a clean workstation throughout shifts.
  • Participate in inventory management for kitchen supplies.
  • Help in the preparation of other food items as necessary.
  • Ensure that quality control standards are upheld in food preparation.

Requirements

Education
  • Certification in Food Safety or Culinary Arts is preferred
Experience
  • Experience with different types of frying equipment and techniques is an advantage
