As a Water Taxi Boat Mate, you will play a vital role in providing safe and efficient transport for our passengers across Sydney's stunning waterways. You'll work closely with the Boat Captain to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all safety equipment is in working order.
• Work to maintain high standards of customer service and care.
• Assist with navigation and basic steering under the supervision of the Boat Captain.
• Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of the water taxi.
• Report any incidents to management immediately.
• Participate in training and development opportunities.
• Support the company’s sustainability practices.

Requirements

Education

• Advanced Boat License
• Marine Safety Certificate

Experience

• Experience in a water taxi or ferry service is advantageous.

Technical Skills
