Responsibilities
Supervise and manage all aspects of campground operations, including registration, bookings, and customer service.
Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of campground facilities.
Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance the overall camping experience.
Coordinate with maintenance staff for timely repairs and maintenance.
Oversee campground security measures and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Manage campground budgets and financial records.
Recruit, train, and supervise campground staff.
Promote and market the campground to attract new visitors.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and disputes professionally.
Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent qualification
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in campground management or a related field.
