Job Description

As a Mixing and Blending Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will be responsible for overseeing the fermentation process in wine production. Your role is crucial in ensuring the quality and consistency of the wine while working closely with a dedicated team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monitoring of the fermentation process, making real-time adjustments.
• Carry out routine checks of fermentation tanks and barrels.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss process improvements.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the workspace.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Formal training in fermentation or winemaking is preferred

Experience

• Previous experience in a winemaking environment is highly desirable.
