We seek a strategic and creative Entertainment Director to spearhead our event initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will work with cross-functional teams to align entertainment objectives with client goals and deliver memorable events that stand out in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage entertainment strategies to exceed client expectations.
• Assume responsibility for contract negotiations with suppliers and artists.
• Direct the development of promotional materials and marketing strategies for events.
• Work closely with the marketing team to promote events via social media and public relations.
• Implement sustainable practices within event planning.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities in the entertainment sector.
• Review and approve event production timelines and schedules.
• Develop and present comprehensive post-event reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field

Experience

• 5+ years in a similar event-related role.
