Job Description

As a Ticket Agent, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service while managing ticket sales for our transport and entertainment offerings. You'll assist customers with their travel bookings and ensure they have a great experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding ticketing and travel arrangement.
• Input and maintain data into ticketing systems for accurate records.
• Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction during their experience.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management of any concerns.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of customer service experience

Technical Skills

• Ticketing software (e.g., Ticketmaster, Eventbrite)
• Microsoft Office Suite

Soft Skills

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Mandarin: Conversational

Advantageous

• Bilingual or multilingual: Ability to communicate in more than one language to enhance customer interactions.
• Experience in the entertainment or transport industry: Previous experience in sectors relating to ticket sales or travel arrangements.
• Cash handling experience: Experience managing cash transactions accurately and securely.
