Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Tamworth. In this role, you will be the voice of our company, assisting customers with inquiries and resolving their issues promptly and efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings with clients to discuss event themes and objectives.
  • Manage event registrations and participant communications.
  • Handle logistics for transportation and accommodation for guests when necessary.
  • Develop and distribute post-event reports summarising the outcomes and feedback.
  • Support the Event Manager in developing new event concepts and strategies.
  • Ensure all promotional materials are designed and delivered on time.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Event Management or related field
