Cloth Shrinking Tester

Job Description

As a Cloth Shrinking Tester, you will play a vital role in our Quality Control team by testing various fabrics for shrinkage after washing and dry cleaning. This position requires a keen understanding of fabric types and their behavior during laundering processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform fabric shrinkage evaluations using standardised testing methods.
• Compile test data and report findings to the Quality Manager.
• Ensure accuracy and precision in testing procedures.
• Assist in training new team members on testing protocols.
• Monitor the performance of testing equipment and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain clear communication with other departments to align quality standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends regarding fabric properties and testing advancements.
