Responsibilities

• Actively promote travel packages through various channels, including social media and email campaigns.
• Assist in preparing promotional materials for special offers and travel incentives.
• Educate clients on travel insurance options and assist with purchase when necessary.
• Participate in travel expos and events to network and expand the agency's client base.
• Gather and analyse customer feedback to improve service offerings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• Certification in Travel and Tourism is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in the travel industry or customer-facing role

Technical Skills

• Travel Planning Software
• Microsoft Office Suite

• IATA Certification
