Responsibilities

• Prepare tables for newly seated guests and ensure setup aligns with service standards

• Work with fellow staff to ensure seamless service and coordination
• Maintain daily cleanliness and assist in closing duties
• Stay informed about current promotions and menu changes
• Handle guests' complaints efficiently and professionally
• Support events by setting up and clearing areas as necessary
• Help ensure a positive atmosphere in the dining area
• Participate in training and development opportunities as needed

Requirements

Education

• Hospitality or Culinary qualification is an advantage

Experience

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is required
