Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of our dining operations in Perth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and drink, a flair for creativity, and strong leadership skills to manage our team effectively while ensuring our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and coordinate all food and beverage activities throughout the establishment.
  • Implement standard operating procedures to ensure smooth operations.
  • Create an engaging and enjoyable atmosphere for guests and staff.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to drive strategic decisions.
  • Develop cost-effective menus that cater to various dietary needs.
  • Encourage innovative ideas from staff to enhance the dining experience.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Maintain an orderly and clean kitchen and dining area.
  • Schedule staff shifts to ensure optimal service levels.
  • Perform financial forecasting to assist in budget development.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Business Management or related field
  • Hospitality-specific training is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in a senior food and beverage role

Certifications
  • WSET Level 2 or higher
