Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Cold Meat Cook who will prepare, season, and cook an array of exquisite cold meats, such as ham, salami, and sausages. The ideal candidate knows how to maintain the highest quality standards in food preparation and hygiene.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and season various cold meats to meet customer demands.
  • Ensure all recipes are followed accurately for consistent quality.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Assist in day-to-day kitchen operations and team coordination.
  • Ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to.

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
  • Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in a relevant role
