We are on the lookout for experienced Woodworking Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating woodworking machinery, ensuring precision and quality in the production of wooden products. Ideal candidates will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for woodworking.

Responsibilities

• Operate woodworking machinery to produce high-quality wooden components.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
• Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Instruct and assist junior staff in machine operation and safety procedures.
• Record production data and report issues to management.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certificate III in Manufacturing Technology is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in woodworking or manufacturing

Technical Skills

• CNC Machine Operation
• Blueprint Reading

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Communication

Certifications

• First Aid Training Certification
• Advanced Woodworking Techniques Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
