Responsibilities

• Work closely with speech therapists in assessing and planning interventions for clients.
• Implement individual therapy plans and provide feedback on clients’ progress.
• Assist in creating engaging therapy sessions tailored to client needs.
• Document session outcomes and update patient records regularly.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic patient care.
• Provide emotional support to clients and families during therapy.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of speech analysis software

Advantageous

• Experience with diverse populations: Familiarity with working with children and adults with varying speech disorders.
• Additional training in assistive communication devices: Knowledge of tools to support communication for individuals with disabilities.
