Responsibilities

• Perform routine lab tests and maintain laboratory standards.
• Develop and implement testing protocols to enhance productivity.
• Contribute to quality control procedures for lab operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clinical staff.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training.
• Participate in laboratory meetings to discuss case studies and results.
• Conduct minor troubleshooting on lab instruments and tools.
• Assist in training new team members and interns.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Neurodiagnostics or related field is preferred
• Registered Nerve Conduction Technologist (R.NCT) certification is a plus

Experience

• Experience with evoked potential testing and polysomnography (PSG) is advantageous.
