Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and inquiries.
• Process returns and exchanges following company policies.
• Maintain optimal stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• Engage with customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Participate in promotional events and upselling initiatives.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the sales area.
• Manage cash register and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Train new sales staff on processes and customer service standards.
• Update product displays and ensure promotional materials are current.
• Contribute to a friendly team environment and positive workplace culture.

Requirements

Education

• Tertiary education in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of retail experience
