We are looking for experienced Medical and Health Services Managers to lead our dental laboratory team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing operations, ensuring quality control, and overseeing technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily operations of the dental laboratory focusing on efficiency and quality output.
• Manage staff performance and conduct training to improve skills and knowledge.
• Develop and oversee production schedules, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards.
• Implement quality assurance measures and monitor laboratory safety procedures.
• Liaise with clients to discuss their needs and resolve any issues.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, controlling expenditure and ensuring value for money.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of management experience in a healthcare setting
