Job Description

We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our vibrant team in Melbourne. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience. You will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to bring creative campaigns to life across various platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Craft and execute innovative content strategies that resonate with target audiences.
  • Analyse engagement data to develop insights for future campaigns.
  • Work with graphic design and video teams to produce social media visuals.
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner on social media channels.
  • Conduct A/B testing on social media campaigns to determine optimal content strategies.
  • Manage the social media budget and reporting on ROI.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on social media best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or a related field
  • Master's degree in Marketing is preferred
