We are on the lookout for passionate and dynamic Food Sample Representatives who will play a vital role in engaging potential customers by promoting and distributing samples of our delectable food products. You will create memorable brand experiences while driving sales through enthusiastic interactions with consumers, contributing to our mission of enhancing taste and quality in the food market.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service during sampling events.
• Create engaging displays to attract customer attention at stores.
• Provide comprehensive product information and answer customer queries.
• Build strong relationships with store staff for better event organisation.
• Conduct market research on customer preferences during events.
• Stay updated with competitor products and improve sales strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Lead sampling activities across various locations, including grocery stores and festivals.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Food Safety certification preferred

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or retail sales is an advantage
