Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our vibrant team in Central Coast. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our products and services. You will work closely with various internal teams to provide tailored solutions and maintain long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring they receive exceptional service.
  • Actively monitor customer satisfaction and initiate interventions when necessary.
  • Develop customer success plans in alignment with business objectives.
  • Work closely with project management to ensure product delivery meets expectations.
  • Serve as a mentor to junior team members and new hires.
  • Conduct surveys to gather customer feedback and improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop case studies and customer success stories.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions to forecast customer goals.
  • Effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or relevant discipline
  • Master's degree in a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles
