Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Fur Ironer to join our team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will be responsible for ironing furs to perfection, ensuring they retain their shape and quality. Proficiency with industrial irons and attention to detail is a must.

Responsibilities

• Handle various types of fur while adhering to best practice standards.
• Assist in maintaining production schedules and workflow efficiency.
• Work closely with the quality control team to ensure products meet company standards.
• Document and report production output and any issues encountered.
• Train junior staff on proper fur handling and ironing techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Experience in garment finishing is preferred.

Experience

• Experience working with luxury brands or high-end fashion labels is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Fur Treatment Knowledge
• Steam Ironing Techniques
