Job Description

As a Housing Manager at Housing Solutions Pty Ltd, you will oversee the daily operations of our housing properties. You will ensure compliance with safety regulations, effectively manage tenant relations, and drive initiatives that enhance the living experience of our residents.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the daily operations of residential properties, including rent collection and maintenance requests.
  • Develop programs that enhance tenant engagement and satisfaction.
  • Establish strong relationships with local community services and organizations.
  • Present regular operational reports to senior management.
  • Ensure all properties maintain a high standard of safety and livability.
  • Advise on strategic planning and housing program development.
  • Assist in fundraising activities and grant writing for housing initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in property management, focusing on community housing
