We are on the lookout for a skilled Restoration Labor Mason Tender to join our dynamic team. This role involves assisting masons in various restoration projects, where you'll ensure that materials are handled correctly and that all safety standards are upheld. The ideal candidate should possess a good understanding of bricklaying and masonry, with a passion for working with historic buildings.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the restoration of historical buildings by assisting skilled masons.
• Prepare general construction materials including bricks and mortar.
• Efficiently clean and maintain job sites, prioritizing safety.
• Ensure effective use of hand and power tools.
• Mix and apply materials following detailed project plans.
• Contribute to a strong team dynamic, assisting others as needed.
• Maintain a tidy workspace, ensuring safety equipment is in use.
• Help identify and report potential hazards on-site.
• Support the completion of projects on schedule.
• Engage in continuous learning about masonry and restoration techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Certification or apprenticeship in masonry or construction is preferred.

Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of restoration procedures
• Construction tool proficiency

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
