Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Agent to manage the acquisition of property rights for our infrastructure initiatives. You will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to secure necessary permissions and ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all property rights negotiations.
  • Lead negotiations and assist in drafting contracts.
  • Compile and analyze data on land acquisitions to inform strategies.
  • Ensure effective communication between all parties involved.
  • Offer training and guidance to junior team members on property acquisition processes.
  • Utilize GIS software to assess properties effectively.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years in real estate acquisition or property management
