Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Glenorchy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing construction operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and leading a team of skilled professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of construction work.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure high standards of workmanship and safety.
• Manage procurement of construction materials and supplies.
• Address any client concerns and maintain good relationships.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Supervise field operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Train and develop junior team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Masters's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in construction management
